This nifty tool called Vischeck → simulates colorblind vision for your websites or images.
It currently doesn’t function 100% with complex CSS, but, at least, you can check if the contrast values you used for fonts and backgrounds are enough to be visible and readable by colorblind people.
One trick is to upload a screenshot of your website instead of using a direct link to it.
